Gilbert Vincent Shepard is the founder of Shepard Tax Settlement, a firm that specializes in Tax Controversy, Mediation and Settlement.  He is a seasoned financial professional with over 20 years of experience in Business, Finance and Accounting.  Gilbert has a real passion for helping people solve complex tax problems and protecting their rights when representing them before the IRS.

Gilbert  graduated from the Ross College of Business with degrees in Finance and Accounting.  He earned a graduate degree from the American College of Financial Services.  Gilbert currently holds 5 professional designations and is a participating member of several professional organizations including the National Association of Enrolled Agents and American Society of Tax Problem Solvers.  He is also an active member of the local Rotary and the Lions Club.
